Our Returns & Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with a product that you purchased on our site within the last 30 days, contact us for a Return Authorization and we will promptly issue a refund of product exchange if that is your preference.
Returning unopened product?
If you have an unopened product, we request that you ship it back to us. If your products have been used, that’s no problem — we can still refund you as long as you include the Return Authorization Form that we will send to you. You must include your order number and a reason for returning the product(s).

Received the wrong product?
If you received the wrong items, ordered the wrong product by mistake, or just want to exchange a product, we will be happy to resolve ASAP. Contact us for a Return Shipping Label.
Was your order missing products?
If you received an incomplete order, please contact us ASAP with your name, order number and the missing product name and we will correct the error immediately.
We issue all refunds to the original credit card you used to make the purchase. After the request is processed, it may take up to 2-3 business days to see the refund reflected on your account statement.
